Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)

As Endodontics we treat dental pain, disease and infection which is microscopic and virtually invisible. Recently the innovation of CBCT has allowed us to see a three-dimensional view of the tooth and surrounding jaw bone. This allows us to see a previously unseen anomalies such as unusual anatomy and cracks and disease inside or around the patient’s tooth. This CBCT process uses less radiation than a routine chest x-ray. The information obtained by the CBCT is reviewed by ? To better access the teeth and other surrounding structures allowing us to better diagnosis and treat the tooth.
